REACTIVE CHANGES ON THE PART OF THE LYMPHOCYTIC LINK OF THE BONE MARROW IN THE RECOVERY PERIOD AFTER PARENCHYMAL BLEEDING OF THE LIVER
Relevance. The restorative responses in the body to damage are a rather complex system of successive changes. As a rule, they represent a chain of non-specific reactions. First of all, they occur in regulatory systems that form a single neuro-immune-endocrine complex. The healing time depends on many factors, but the leading one is considered to be the state of the humoral response. The lymphocytic link and its functional state largely determine the processes of repair. In this regard, it is of scientific interest and practical importance to study the rearrangements of the state of various regulatory biochemical components in response to tissue damage. The aim. The study of reactive changes on the part of the lymphocytic link of the bone marrow in the recovery period after parenchymal bleeding of the liver. Materials and methods. An in vivo experimental study was conducted on mongrel rats of both sexes, which were simulated liver damage (parenchymal bleeding). In the experimental group, hemostatic treatment was accompanied by the inclusion of a collagen product in therapy. A myelogram was determined in the bone marrow, taking into account the lymphocytogram. The cells are differentiated into morphological variants: lymphoblasts, small, medium and large lymphocytes. Statistical processing of the results was carried out using SPSS. The distribution of the parameters was abnormal, and therefore, in addition to the average values, medians and the interquartile interval are included in the description of the samples. The probability of differences was assessed using nonparametric Kolmogorov–Smirnov criteria. Results. After modeling parenchymal liver bleeding, reactive changes in the lymphocytic link turned out to be significant, including in terms of the content of lymphocytes themselves. In the lymphocytogram on the 3rd day after parenchymal bleeding, the concentration of small lymphocytes increased against the background of a decrease in medium lymphocytes; at the same time, there was a slight tendency to decrease lymphoblasts, and on the part of large lymphocytes, on the contrary, its increase. On the 7th day, the content of small lymphocytes and lymphoblasts decreased; the number of medium and large lymphocytes did not statistically change. On day 14, the level of medium lymphocytes decreased, and the content of lymphoblasts, small and large lymphocytes did not change. At the final stage of the experiment (21 days), a sharp increase in the concentration of lymphoblasts was noted against the background of a decrease in small lymphocytes. The level of medium and large lymphocytes tended to increase. In general, the content of lymphoblasts and small lymphocytes was lower than in the control group. Conclusion. As a result of parenchymal modeling, reactive changes in the lymphocytic link of the bone marrow occur in rats. In the bone marrow, the processes of proliferation and differentiation are activated already on the 3rd day. Changes in the content of lymphocytes persist for a long time. They are probably one of the adaptive protective reactions in response to damage.
