ELECTRONIC FLOW MONITORING OF PAPER/TEXTILE-BASED MICROFLUIDIC DEVICES
Liquid wicking is dependent on different factors of the flowing liquid and the substrate in paper-based analytical devices (PADs) [1][2].Accurate flow monitoring is the first step for an effective flow control in microfluidic devices. Some insightful developments have been proposed and tested based on capacitive measurements of PDMS and paper-based microfluidic devices for in situ and real time flow monitoring [3][4].
