NANO-KIRIGAMI MICROROTORS CONTROLLED BY OPTOELECTRONIC TWEEZERS
Here, we demonstrate precise shaping and position control of nano-kirigami microrotors.Metallic rotors (~10 m) are intentionally detached from substrates and manipulated using advanced optoelectronic tweezers. The mechanisms behind microrotor-electric field interactions are revealed through theoretical modeling. This study presents a novel approach for crafting and maneuvering micro/nano-rotors with intricate kirigami designs, promising innovations in optoelectronic micro/nano-machinery.
