DROPLET MICROFLUIDIC BASED CD3 DIMERIZATION FOR T-CELL PRECISION ACTIVATION
T-cell activation is essential in immunotherapy, and the CD3 dimerization on T-cell is a preliminary prerequisite for activation. However, achieving precise and efficient CD3 dimerization using conventional bulk technologies remains challenging. In this study, we present a novel approach by integrating a liquid metal-enabled pico-injector into droplet microfluidic platform to precisely deliver a designed dimeric DNA assembly for CD3 dimerization on T-cells.We evaluate the efficiency of the CD3 dimerization and demonstrate a remarkable full-rate dimerization that is significant for the subsequent activation.
