POSTPARTUM COMPLICATIONS - ANALYSIS OF FREQUENCY IN RUSSIA FOR 20 YEARS
In accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin from 2024 "On the na-tional development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 and for the future up to 2036", there is a need to increase the birth rate by the specified date. This actualizes the issue of the need to develop and implement a system for monitoring and early diagnosis of pathologies associated with pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum conditions. With the increase in the number of women in labor, among whom there is a high proportion of women with an unhealthy lifestyle and chronic diseases, there is an increase in the incidence of cesarean sections, as well as complications associated with the pathological course of preg-nancy and miscarriage. These factors often lead to serious complications in the early postpartum period. This article will analyze the most common types of complications, their frequency, relationship with chronic dis-eases and potential mental disorders that can directly affect the likelihood of subsequent pregnancies. This influence can manifest itself both in the impossibility of pregnancy for anatomical and histological reasons, and in the fear of the recurrence of complications
