Conservative management of giant retroperitoneal hematoma after cesarean section in severe preeclampsia: a rare case report

The treatment taste of retroperitoneal hematoma depends on the size of the hematoma, the etiology, and the hemodynamic status of the patient. For patients in stable condition, conservative treatment can be adopted, such as fluid infusion, blood transfusion, vascular embolization and hematoma drainage.
