Towards robust hydrogen evolution electrocatalysts in immiscible copper–molybdenum alloys by amorphization

A novel amorphous Cu 50 Mo 50 alloy catalyst with dual active sites is successfully synthesized for efficient alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), in which Cu serves as the OH adsorption site and Mo acts as the H adsorption site.
