HYGIENIC ASSESSMENT OF THE IMPACT OF LABOR FACTORS ON NURSING STAFF AND THEIR PREVENTION
In the Russian Federation, healthcare is a priority area that requires close attention to ensuring safe and comfortable working conditions for medical workers. The legislative acts and hygiene standards in force in the Russian Federation are designed to minimize risks to the health and life of medical workers by creating a system of measures aimed at preventing accidents, occupational diseases and diseases related to working conditions. A large number of healthcare workers are employed in harmful and unfavorable working conditions. The nursing staff falls into the category of those working in direct contact with such adverse factors as biological fluids, disinfectants, etc., and in addition they are in unfavorable psychological conditions. This article presents the results of a sociological study on the influence of production factors and working conditions on the work of the secondary medical staff of the therapeutic department of the Municipal Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Myasnikovsky District "Central District Hospital" of the Rostov region. The survey was conducted on the Yandex Forms platform. During the survey, 20 respondents were interviewed. The survey included questions related to the impact of occupational factors on health (psychoemotional, overwork, development of occupational diseases). The study of the influence of labor factors of nursing staff has confirmed its importance for ensuring the safety and health of employees. The results of the study confirmed that timely identification and elimination of harmful factors, as well as additional educational work on compliance with the prescribed preventive measures will reduce the risk of developing occupational diseases and preserve the health of employees.
