With our new manufacturing line in Malaysia, SCHOTT has made a major contribution in technology readiness of reflective waveguides has made a major step ahead - confirming SCHOTT’s leading position in this technology. We present insights into mass production aspects, and into our technology roadmap addressing applications with small and wide field-of-view. Over the past years, Diffractive waveguides continue to show progress in image quality and functionality, enabled – among others - by innovation in glass and wafer geometry.
