ANALYSIS OF THE DYNAMICS OF MORBIDITY RATES OF THE CHILDREN'S POPULATION OF THE ORENBURG REGION IN THE PROFILE «NEUROLOGY»
The organization of pediatric neurological care is becoming more urgent every year due to the unfavorable level of the most important indicators of the health of the child population, and therefore preserving the life of each child is of utmost importance. The data of official statistics of morbidity in the profile «Neurology» among the child population of different age groups in the Orenburg region are analyzed. The analysis of the dynamics of indicators of general and primary morbidity of the child population of the Orenburg region in the profile «Neurology» for the period 2015-2022 demonstrates an emerging trend towards a decrease from 138,27‰ to 97,86‰ and from 37,84‰ to 33,42‰, respectively. The average incidence rate of diseases of the nervous system among the child population was 108,84 per 1000 children (0-17 years old), with a minimum value in 2020 of 92,48‰ and a maximum of 138,27‰ at the beginning of the study in 2015. The incidence rate of diseases of the nervous system among the rural child population is 1,65 times lower than the urban value of the indicator (60,9‰ and 100,2‰, respectively). The average level of primary incidence of diseases of the nervous system among the child population was 32,09 per 1000 child population (0-17 years), with a minimum value in 2020 of 23,58‰ and a maximum of 37,84‰ at the beginning of the study in 2015. A difference of 100‰ or more indicates significant problems, which are also related to the coding and statistical accounting of nosological forms of diseases. Local values of the level of general and primary neurological morbidity in children during the study period differ significantly among city medical organizations. The dynamics of the studied indicator among medical organizations providing medical care to rural children throughout the study was significantly lower than that among urban children, which indicates problems in the availability of medical care for this category of the population. The reorganization of medical organizations did not allow us to fully characterize the trends in the indicators of rural medical organizations and requires further local analysis by medical organizations.
