EXPERIMENTAL SUBSTANTIATION OF MINERALIZATION OF HARD DENTAL TIS-SUES AFTER ODONTOPREPARATION IN THE ALGORITHM FOR ORTHOPEDIC TREATMENT OF ENAMEL DEFECTS

Introduction: Odontopreparation is one of the mandatory stages in the preparation of hard dental tis-sues for orthopedic treatment. Depending on the location of the pathological process, preparation is carried out within the enamel or dentin. The degree of severity of the mechanical effect on the enamel depends on its structural organization, the type of preparation, and is almost always accompanied by the loss of not only hard tooth tissue, but also the loss of its mineral components. Purpose: To study the structural organization of enamel and its qualitative and quantitative microelement composition after odontopreparation and its transformation under the influence of a targeted product with a miner-alizing effect. Materials and methods: The research material was teeth (7 molars and 8 premolars) re-moved for orthodontic and orthopedic reasons in patients of both sexes aged 23 to 45 years, which, depending on the objectives of the study, were gradually prepared and morphologically studied under experimental conditions. As a means of endogenous prevention, a food product of targeted action with a mineralizing effect was used (Patent RU 2828863 dated October 21, 2024). The structure of the enamel was studied before preparation, after preparation and 15 days after the start of endogenous remineralization. Methods - Scanning electron microscopy (Quanta 200i 3D FEI with energy-dispersive silicon detector Apollo X ), experimental, analytical, statistical. Results: The results ob-tained confirm the structural transformations of the enamel against the background of quantitative and qualitative indicators of its microelement composition. Systemic ingestion of a targeted product helps restore enamel due to an increase in calcium (from 34.48% ±6.17 to 36.48±2.17%) , phosphorus (from 14.99±1.01% to 16.99±1.01% ), magnesium (from 0.56±0.27% to 0.63±0.3% ). Conclusion: The results confirm the effectiveness of the new method of endogenous remineralization of hard dental tissues at the stages of orthopedic treatment, which allows us to recommend this product as a prophylactic agent containing natural ingredients.
