The photothermal coupling effect boosts the conversion of CO 2 to C 2 H 4 over CeO 2 /WO 3 heterojunctions under concentrated solar irradiation

A CeO 2 /WO 3 catalyst was developed. Under concentrated light, STC efficiency increased 27.9-fold. The improvement results from photo-thermal synergy and active heterojunction interfaces.
