Intra- and intergroup interrelations of the leading parameters of the structure of preparedness of highly qualified wrestlers
The structure of physical development, functional and physical fitness of martial artists is studied and the intra- and intergroup interrelationships, peculiarities of mutual influence of three groups of variables are analysed according to the selected leading parameters of each group. From 36 to 44 athletes of high qualification in Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling, judo were examined. The methods of factor, dispersion, correlation, regression and canonical analyses were used to determine the leading indicators and interrelations in the structure of martial arts training. As a result of the factor analysis, the structure of functional and physical fitness, physical development of wrestlers was determined, the leading factors and their correlation in the structure of each group of physical condition were identified. The interactions of the leading components of the structure of fitness (SF) of wrestlers with the parameters of standard (aerobic) and special (anaerobic) physical performance were studied. The canonical analysis revealed hidden dependencies between the following groups of variables of martial artists' SP: physical development, functional and physical fitness. Mathematical models reflecting the interrelations of the leading indicators of each group of martial artists' SPs, as well as the specifics of intergroup mutual influence of the investigated sets of SPs, have been developed. It was revealed that changes in the parameters of functional fitness have a stronger influence on the groups of variables of physical development and special performance of wrestlers, and the parameters of special performance have a stronger influence on the group of variables of physical development. From the parameters of physical development, the greatest influence on the functional parameters and the level of special performance has the index of Kettle index and body weight, from the parameters of special performance the greatest influence on the parameters of functional fitness and physical development has the index of total time (intensity) of testing.
