Systematization of methodological principles for exploring the causes of guilty by the court and approaching their prevention in martial arts
Unfortunately, in the training process of wrestlers, uncontrolled muscle spasms, or cramps, are not given much attention by both coaches and sports doctors. This condition can be a precursor or concomitant syndrome of muscle microdamage and delayed muscle soreness, causing, in the absence of pedagogical and nutritional correction, manifestations of overfatigue and overexertion in athletes. Against this background, wrestlers, whose specific training involves a significant amount of eccentric loads, need nutritional and metabolic support of homeostasis parameters, primarily preventing the development of lactic acidosis and endogenous intoxication, as well as correction of electrolyte balance. From the point of view of coaching actions, careful pedagogical control of post-load recovery processes is important, on which the article, as at the initial stage of prevention of cramps in athletes, special emphasis is placed. The work, based on the results of the analysis of modern scientific literature, has formed a comprehensive approach to the systematization of the mechanisms of development of uncontrolled muscle contractions, as well as сomprehensive ways of their prevention are given.
