The use of physical training equipment in the training process of ski racers at the stage of specialized basic training
The article examines the methods of training and use of physical training aids in the training process of ski racers at the stage of specialized basic training. The purpose of the study. To substantiate the ratio of general physical training aids, auxiliary physical training and special physical training to increase the level of motor fitness and sports results of ski racers at the stage of specialized basic training. Research methods: theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature; pedagogical observations; pedagogical experiment; control tests, processing of results using mathematical statistics methods. Analysis of the results obtained. In the course of the study, we obtained results that allowed us to identify the effectiveness of the set of exercises that were used in the preparatory period of training ski racers at the stage of specialized basic training. The increase in speed abilities in the experimental group increased by 1.3%. In the strength endurance test (pull-ups), the average result in the experimental group increased by 13.5%, in the control group by 9.7%. In speed-strength abilities (long jump), there was also an increase in the average results of the experimental group by 3.2%, in the control group by 0.6%. n the test – 6 min. run (speed endurance) in the experimental group, the average result increased by 2.4%, in the control group by 1.8%. In the roller ski race (special endurance), an increase in average indicators is observed in the experimental group by 1.8%, in the control group by 1.1%. Results of the control 5 km classic ski race: in the experimental group the average indicator is 13.43 min., in the control group 14.16 min. Conclusions. The developed physical training methodology with the ratio of ZFP means – 25-30%, DFP – 25-30%, and SFP – 35-40% in ski racers in the annual cycle using functional state monitoring according to the results of the study is effective and can be applied to the training of athletes in the KDYSSH.
