Formation of a Strategic Concept of Russia's Sovereign Development in the Context of a Multipolar World

In this study the author analyzes the American concept of globalization, the European concepts of open society and open strategic autonomy, their dissemination and the results of their implementation. The Chinese concept of global governance and development of a community with a shared future for humankind is considered, and the possibility of using China's theoretical and practical experience in the Russian Federation is shown. The process of forming a strategic concept for Russia's development is analyzed, allowing to preserve and strengthen Russian statehood on the path of further national sovereign development in a multipolar world.
