Evaluating the Impact of Training and Development on Employee Performance Case Study of Oman Oil Company

HR sector is one of the main sectors that manage the business economies of people around the world, where it plays important role to develop human resource of many companies, where it considered an integrated science enabled business organizations to the development and achieve good findings. Through this study, I prepared evaluation about HR department of Oman Oil Company, where I identified the important things that the company must improve it to achieve good result to keep the competitive advantage sin the market.
