Libertades civiles y pluralidad en la UE: libertad religiosa y libertad de expresión

In this paper, the author analyses the importance of Christianity in the construction and foundation of fundamental rights. He subsequently examines the significance of the recognition of the fundamental right to religious freedom as a necessary element for building inclusive societies, as well as the controversy surrounding the restriction or non-restriction of religious discourse as a manifestation of the right to freedom of expression.
