In the opinion of the author, the subjective scope of the draft resolution raises doubts, as the term ‘other entities and persons subject to the oversight of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland’ used therein may include persons outside the sphere of governmental administration, which would not correspond to the permissible scope of activity of an investigative committee. The subjective scope of the Sejm’s inquiry requires clarification of the above terms. Furthermore, the timeframe of the Sejm’s proposed inquiry, as indicated in the draft, raises doubts.
