<p>This paper focuses on the research and development of a course database to support the quality assurance of education at Khanh Hoa University. The study proposes a course DB development process based on the PODCCA (Plan - Organize - Direct - Control - Coordinate - Adjust) method, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data related to academic programs.
