The pragmatics of rhetorical sentences in the thematic sections of «Literaturnaya gazeta»

<p>The language of mass periodicals is the most vivid translator of the intentions of the writers. The purpose of the study is to analyze the pragmatics of rhetorical constructions on the pages of Literaturnaya Gazeta in the texts of contrasting thematic blocks of socio–political and cultural orientation. It is revealed that the genre uniqueness of the publications of the Literary Gazette determines the structural and semantic specifics of the rhetorical constructions used, subordinated to the author's intention.</p>
