Electric Vehicle Optimal Scheduling Based on Charging and Discharging Energy Boundary Model
Considering the controllable characteristics of electric vehicle (EV), this paper establishes a two-layer optimal scheduling model based on the feasible boundary conditions of EV charging and discharging energy. The upper layer takes the access time of EV as the decision-making object, aiming to maximize the photovoltaic (PV) consumption rate and minimize the peak-valley difference of the total load. The lower layer takes the charging and discharging power of EV and the action of traditional reactive power compensation device as the decision object, maximizing the voltage qualification rate and minimizing the line power loss and voltage deviation as the objective function. Numerical cases show that the proposed method can effectively consume PV, avoid the phenomenon of light curtailment, and improve the power quality.
