Ice-melting Frequency Calculation of DC ground wire Combining Characteristic Harmonics
Based on the phenomenon of element migration during the ice melting process, the ice medium loss during the ice melting process was introduced into the selection of high-frequency power supply parameters. The ice melting process was divided into two different independent processes, induction heating and pure wire heating, from the traditional two stages according to the changes of the ice melting contact surface and ion concentration, and the optimal ice melting voltage and frequency were calculated. In the process of ice melting, medium frequency induction heating is used to assist the ice melting, and the skin effect of the wire is used to heat the ice on the contact surface. Simulation proves that the new method and considering the medium loss can achieve better ice melting with lower power.
