Adaptive Model Predictive Control for Combined Wind-Storage System Participating in Frequency Regulation
Aiming at the power electronic converter controlled wind-storage combined system with the characteristics of low rotational inertia, small overload capacity and low short-circuit capacity, in order to make it have the synchronous generator frequency regulation ability and improve its frequency regulation support ability to the power grid, the study of the optimization meter and the combined wind-storage system coordinated frequency regulation strategy problem. Aiming at the traditional virtual synchronous generator (VSG) control rotational inertia and damping coefficients are fixed values easily caused by multiple oscillations, the establishment of the corresponding parameters of adaptive coordination control strategy. Meanwhile, through the establishment of the joint frequency regulation control method based on the model predictive control (MPC), and the use of its forward control to make up for the defects of the virtual synchronous generator's parameter lag, combined with its adaptive control, better enhance the wind storage system capability.
