Droop control is commonly utilized due to its independence from communication systems and its high reliability. However, there are inherent defects, when power fluctuation occurs in the system, the presence of line resistance leads to inaccuracies in the power distribution among the converter stations. Additionally, the droop coefficient results in a reduction of the voltage on the DC side.
