Scheduling Strategies for Shared Energy Storage in Distribution Substation Areas
At present, a large number of distributed photovoltaic access to substation areas of distribution network leads to the occurrence of voltage overruns. Due to the large number, small capacity and decentralized location of energy storage installations in the substation areas, it is often not possible to solve the voltage overrun problem by relying solely on the energy storage devices within the substation area. Based on this, a two-stage optimal scheduling strategy is proposed which is based on edge control for shared energy storage at distribution substation areas. Finally, the effectiveness of proposed shared energy storage scheduling strategy is verified in a distribution network in Guangxi. The optimal results of algorithm show that the sharing of energy storage resources through the collaborative scheduling can avoid the voltage overrun of adjacent station areas and guarantee the network voltage security while optimizing operation.
