Multi-objective Parameter Optimization Design of Radial Magnetic Levitation Bearing
This article studies the influence of various structural parameters of magnetic bearings on support performance and the influence of stator structure on the geometric parameters of magnetic bearings by optimizing the integrated platform ANSYS. Since the magnetic bearing is used in the satellite lens gimbal, considering the environmental factors such as space vacuum and difficult heat dissipation, the goal is to optimize the volume and reduce the copper loss under the premise of bearing capacity requirements. The results showed that the optimized radial magnetic levitation bearing achieved good optimization results by reducing copper loss and volume by 17.9% and 7.7%.
