An Accurate Measurement Method for Iron Loss Resistance of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
Accurate iron loss resistance plays an important role in the efficient control of motors. To improve the measurement accuracy of iron loss resistance of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), this paper proposes a new iron loss resistance measurement method that considers the inverter nonlinear voltage error and the stator resistance variation. Firstly, an accurate inverter nonlinear voltage error model is established, and the inverter nonlinear voltage error value is obtained by numerical fitting, thereby realizing accurate compensation of the inverter nonlinear voltage error. Secondly, the stator resistance is identified online by the recursive least squares method. On this basis, the optimal d-axis current accuracy is proposed as the criterion for the accuracy of iron loss resistance. Finally, the effectiveness of the method was verified through experiments.
