Study on Improved Control Strategy of SVG and Cooperative Arrangement Method with Static Reactive Power Compensation Equipment
This paper focuses on the voltage regulation difficulties encountered in the operation of high-altitude power systems. Firstly, the characteristics of voltage regulation equipment arrangement in high altitude power grids is analyzed, and the principle of hybrid arrangement of SVG and other reactive voltage compensation equipment is put forward. Then, the improvement of the steady state voltage regulation control strategy for SVG is carried out to realize stepwise regulation before steady state PI regulation, which avoids the risk of sub-synchronous power oscillations caused by the frequent regulation of PI. The particle swarm algorithm is improved for the optimized location and capacity of the SVG, low-capacitance and low-anti-hybrid reactive power of the improved strategy, and an optimization model is established for the configuration of reactive power dynamic and static devices in high-altitude area. Finally, the proposed method is verified in MATLAB/Simulink, and the simulation results show that the improved SVG control strategy can avoid the frequent actions of the PI while carrying out the steady-state regulation, which can reduce the perturbation of the power grid and the possibility of the occurrence of the sub-synchronous power oscillations. To use the SVG steady-state high-precision and flexible regulation and low-capacitance and low-resistance steady state granularity, an improved particle swarm algorithm is used to establish a reactive device configuration model for the regional power grid.
