Model Prediction Control Method of Frequency Regulation for Ship Diesel-Storage Hybrid Supply System
The ship diesel-battery hybrid supply system includes diesel generators and energy storage systems, which can quickly track load fluctuations and effectively improve the frequency stability of the system under frequent load fluctuations. In order to solve the problem of optimal power allocation for diesel-battery coordinated frequency regulation, this paper proposes a diesel-battery coordinated frequency regulation model predictive control method, which uses active prediction method to find the optimal power output trajectory of the power source, and realizes the cooperative optimization of dynamic frequency of the ship comprehensive power system with different characteristics of power sources. The state space equation of system frequency-diesel generator active power-energy storage active power is established, and the frequency regulation power allocation model predictive control strategy considering the diesel generator regulation characteristics and the diesel-battery operation constraints is proposed. A ship power system simulation model is built in Matlab/Simulink, and the simulation results show that the proposed method effectively improves the frequency stability of the system.
