Schedule Optimization for New Power Base Considering the Reliability of Outgoing Transmission
The power outgoing of new energy base is characterized by strong randomness and volatility. The cross-region outgoing transmission characteristics change greatly compared with the traditional alternating current (AC) transmission, which increases the difficulty of grid's safe functioning. It is urgent to study the direct current (DC) outgoing curve planning method considering the joint output of different energy sources. Under this background, aiming at new energy base in desert areas, this paper studies the multi-energy complementary cooperative optimal scheduling of wind-photovoltaic-thermal-pumped storage cogeneration systems. An optimal dispatch model is developed considering the reliability of outgoing output of new energy base. The model takes maximizing renewable energy output as the objective function. Operational constraints of new energy, thermal power, and pumped storage are involved and constraints to ensure the reliability of the base's outgoing transmission are considered. Then, Yalmip optimization toolbox is employed to solve this model. Finally, model's outcomes are assessed using existing data.
