Research on Distributed Photovoltaic Access Scheme of High-Penetration Distribution Networks Based on Three-Layer Decision Model
As the integration of distributed photovoltaics (DPV) in distribution networks intensifies, the demands on power quality in high-permeability systems increase correspondingly. This study introduces a three-layer decision model specifically designed for distributed PV access within such networks. Initially, the model identifies optimal access and aggregation modes based on the operational characteristics and permeability levels of the distribution network. Subsequently, it assesses the access capacity at various voltage levels, factoring in grid strength to determine the ideal grid connection level. Lastly, the model employs a Genetic Algorithm-Particle Swarm Optimization (GA-PSO) improved algorithm to optimize investment costs, power quality, and operational efficiency, thereby pinpointing the most suitable access points. The results validate the model's efficacy in generating appropriate access schemes that align with both the anticipated capacities of distributed photovoltaics and the existing conditions of the distribution network, thereby supporting ongoing development efforts in this domain.
