Optimization of Wind-Storage Integrated Grid Power Target Considering Energy Storage Capacity Requirements
AS the prerequisite and foundation of energy storage sizing, the target value of grid-connected active power, generated in wind farms and smoothed by energy storage, is still not determined with any objective and reasonable ways. According to this problem, a novel method for value calculation is proposed, which sets up a new method taking minimizing target value offset variance as object function. The presented model takes dispatchable wind power output as target, not only realizing constant power output in stages, but also providing possibility for reducing energy storage size. Based on this, the model considers storage charge-discharge power limiting value, then determines the optimal segments, initial time and target value curve for dispatching schedule; On the solution algorithm fused with SFLA is presented, besides the idea of EA is adopted in the presented algorithm, then the convergence velocity can be accelerated. The actual wind farm power data shows that this method can optimize the related evaluation indexes, and storage sizing can also be optimized following the proposed method.
