Efficiency Optimization Control of Surface Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Virtual Sinusoidal Signal Injection

In order to improve the effectiveness of the virtual signal injection method in the efficiency optimization of surface permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM), this paper proposes an efficiency optimization control strategy of SPMSM based on virtual sinusoidal signal injection. This method injects a pair of sinusoidal signals into the d-axis and q-axis magnetizing current to extract the information of iron loss derivative to magnetizing current. The relationship between the iron loss derivative to the d-axis and q-axis magnetizing current component and the loss derivative to the d-axis current, so as to achieve accurate acquisition of the loss derivative to d-axis current. Subsequently, the d-axis current reference that fulfills the efficiency optimization is set by the derivative information obtained. Finally, the efficacy of the proposed methodology is verified by experiment.
