A Minimum Backflow Power with Optimal Current Stress Method of Single-Stage DAB Microinverter
This paper presents a single-stage resonant dual-active-bridge (DAB) microinverter (MI) for grid-connected applications. A control strategy with full-range zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) and minimum backflow power with optimal transformer current stress is proposed. Compared with the conventional DAB-based microinverters, the proposed strategy has a wider ZVS range and lower transformer current stress, which improves the efficiency of the microinverter. The topology model is built in PLECS and the effectiveness of the control strategy is verified.
