Challenges and Coping Strategies for Green Power Environmental Value Accounting Transfers
The electric power industry, as the core sector in the energy consumption landscape, holds the key to transitioning towards renewable energy generation, which is pivotal in achieving low-carbon energy transformation. With the rising proportion of green electricity in total electricity generation, the question of how to accelerate its growth and popularity through market mechanisms has become a pressing issue. This paper adopts text mining techniques and the BWM-AHP algorithm to analyze the influencing factors of green electricity environmental value accounting transfer. A total of 15 indicators are selected, forming an influencing factor system from the dimensions of technology, mechanism, policy, and society. Additionally, this paper innovatively proposes strategies to address the challenges in green electricity environmental value accounting transfer and establishes a renewable energy green value asset management system based on a dual-account mechanism for green electricity trading.
