Active Disturbance Rejection Control - Based on Delayed Signal Cancellation for Current Harmonics Reduction in Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors Drives
There are phase currents harmonics in permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM), leading to torque ripples and the decrease of the efficiency. Hence, it is necessary to reduce the harmonics. The conventional methods transient response is not good or have too many parameters to be adjusted. For this gap, this paper proposed a new suppression strategy. Delayed signal cancellation technique is used to extract the harmonics and generate new references. Next, active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) replaces the original PI controllers for high robustness and better transient response. There just is a one parameter in this method to be adjusted, so it is convenience to be employed in practical. Finally, MATLAB-Simulink is used to validate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
