Structural Optimization Design of Permanent Magnet Linear Force Motor for Aviation

This article proposes a new type of permanent magnet linear force motor(PMLFM), and uses Ansoft Maxwell software to model and simulate a permanent magnet linear force motor. By analyzing parameters such as armature iron length, permanent magnet ring thickness, armature end angle, and the influence of each parameter on the output force of the PMLFM is obtained. Provide strong assistance for the design, selection, and structural optimization of PMLFM in the future.

Abstract

This article proposes a new type of permanent magnet linear force motor(PMLFM), and uses Ansoft Maxwell software to model and simulate a permanent magnet linear force motor. By analyzing parameters such as armature iron length, permanent magnet ring thickness, armature end angle, and the influence of each parameter on the output force of the PMLFM is obtained. Provide strong assistance for the design, selection, and structural optimization of PMLFM in the future.
