Strategic Allocation of Aggregator Interests Considering of External Power Transmission

This paper addresses the issue of incomplete internal profit distribution mechanisms for power aggregators. A profit distribution strategy that considers external power transmission is proposed, which establishes an internal micro-grid model for the aggregator based on the Vickrey-Clarke-Groves (VCG) mechanism. The IEEE 30-bus system is used for simulation and analysis. The results demonstrate that the introduction of renewable energy can effectively reduce costs, and the VCG mechanism can accurately evaluate the contributions of different renewable units to the overall profit of the aggregator. Furthermore, the VCG mechanism ensures incentive compatibility by identifying the service value of thermal power units. Finally, allowing aggregators to sell electricity to external markets can effectively absorb surplus power and increase their profits, promoting the efficient operation of the market.
