Research on Direct Instantaneous Torque and Suspension Force Control Strategy for Stepped Rotor Bearingless Switched Reluctance Motor
This paper takes a stepped rotor bearingless switched reluctance motor (SRBSRM) as the research object. A direct instantaneous torque control based on torque inductance curve interval division method is proposed to address the problem of torque drop during commutation phase in traditional current chopping control. By fully utilizing the advantages of positive torque interval expansion, the torque drop in commutation phase is compensated. Drawing inspiration from the idea of direct instantaneous torque control, the suspension subsystem adopts direct suspension force control. The simulation results show that direct instantaneous torque control can effectively reduce torque ripple during operation. The direct suspension force control method can achieve the adjustment of rotor eccentricity displacement within short time and fast maintain stable suspension.
