Dynamic Response Analysis of High-Voltage Transmission Tower-Line System

This paper analyzes the dynamic response of a high-voltage transmission tower-line system consisting of three towers under the coupled wind., wave., and current loads. The study utilizes finite element analysis methods., employing ANSYS AQW A for frequency domain analysis to evaluate response amplitude operator., and ANSYS Mechanical for time domain analysis to simulate the structural response. The analysis in the frequency domain evaluated the response amplitude operator across wave frequencies between 0.097 rad/s and 3.14 rad/s. In the time domain analysis., the dynamic behavior of ground wires and conductors at different heights was assessed under the effects of wind., wave., and current loads. The results of this paper may provide some useful information to the development of high-voltage transmission tower-line systems., thereby ensuring the safety and reliability of power transmission systems.
