A Game Theory Method for Market Trading of Battery Energy Storage Power Station Considering Reserve and Frequency Regulation
When battery energy storage(BES) participate in electricity market competition, they face electricity price fluctuations, resulting in certain market risks. Information Gap Decision Theory (IGDT) uses uncertainty sets to quantify uncertainties without requiring information such as probability distribution functions. This paper proposes an IGDT-based transaction game model of BES in electricity market, which takes the profit and uncertainty deviation coefficient of BES as targets, considering the constraints of BES comprehensively, such as the output constraint. The case study shows that the participation of BES in the energy and auxiliary service market can improve the operation economy. The validity and rationality of the IGDT-based transaction game model of the BES in market considering reserve and frequency regulation are verified.
