Simulation of Vibration Characteristics of Magnetically Levitated Steel Plate Under Disturbance Condition
When proposing a thin steel sheet transfer system using magnetic levitation, elastic vibration of steel sheets during magnetic levitation becomes a problem. To obtain sufficient levitation stability to transport the steel plate, it is necessary to suppress the vibration of steel plate. For this purpose, it is necessary to understand the vibration of steel plate. Since it is difficult to experimentally determine the vibration of the entire steel plate, we propose a magnetic levitation simulation that can investigate the vibration of the steel plate during magnetic levitation by numerical analysis. In this paper, the vibration characteristics of levitated steel plate will be clarified by comparing simulations with experimental results of magnetic levitation under disturbing condition
