Analytical Modeling and Optimization of Three-Segment Halbach Permanent Magnet Array High Lift Motor
Aiming at the problem that the finite element method has many parameters in the initial optimization design, complex modeling and difficult optimization, in this paper, the mathematical expression of the air gap flux density of the three-segment Halbach array permanent magnet (PM) high-lift motor is obtained by analytical method. The analysis results are compared with the finite element calculation results to verify the correctness of the analysis model. The influence of pole-pairs, permanent magnet thickness, magnetization angle and main magnetic pole width on air gap flux density is studied. By optimizing the parameters, the air gap flux density with good sine degree can be quickly realized, and the problem of initial design and optimization of Halbach array in the motor is solved.
