Research on The Primary Frequency Regulation Control Method of Hybrid Flywheel Array Collaborative New Energy Power Station
In view of the current new power system's urgent demand for high inertia and high-frequency frequency modulation, this paper designs the array topology of hybrid flywheel energy storage, and proposes a two-layer model of primary frequency modulation coordinated control and Hybrid flywheel energy storage arrays energy management. While responding to the primary frequency modulation demand quickly, it realizes the optimal management of power and speed of flywheel array. The simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the control method presented in this paper.
