Improvement of a Magnetostrictive Model Considering Applied Stress and Magnetic Fields Including Hysteresis Effects
In this paper, an improved magnetostrictive model based on the force-magnetic coupling effect is proposed. Firstly, the magnetization intensity in this model under uniaxial and biaxial stresses is expressed by using the magnetization intensity of the simplified multiscale model. Secondly, the hysteresis characteristics of electrical steel sheet are considered in combination with the Jiles-Atherton(J-A) hysteresis model. Then, the thermodynamic magnetostriction model is used. Finally, the model is simulated by programming, and the accuracy of the model is verified by comparing the butterfly curves from simulated and experimental results.
