Analysis and Otimization for 15MW Direct-Drive Wind Generator Based on Stator Core Cooling Technology
To fully improve the presentation indexes of 15MW direct-drive permanent magnet wind generator, a method of stator core opening is proposed. First, we analyze the mathematical model of a permanent magnet wind generator in direct drive. Then, we carried out the magnetic circuit analysis and theoretical demonstration of the stator core before and after the opening. Next, we designed two multi-objective optimization models with different radii of pores, and used genetic algorithms to optimize the multi-objective variables to achieve the requirements of light weight and cost reduction. Finally, we obtain the optimization results under the two models, and verify the precision of the optimization results through the simulation analysis of the electromagnetic module and the cooling presentation module.
