LADRC-Based High Dynamic Control Strategy for SRM-Based EMA System

In recent years, electromechanical actuators EMA based on switched reluctance motors (SRM) have received widespread attention. However, the load disturbance, parameter changes and the nonlinear characteristics of SRM caused by the complex working environment of aircraft seriously affect the performance of the EMA system. Therefore, a new high dynamic servo control system based on linear active disturbance rejection control (LADRC) is proposed in this paper. First, a mathematical model of the EMA system is established and the interference of the EMA system is analyzed. Then a linear extended state observer (LESO) is designed to estimate the total disturbance of the system, and the total disturbance is compensated by linear state error feedback (LSEF) control law. Thirdly, the direct torque controller (DTC) is cascaded after the LADRC controller. This further improves the dynamic performance of the EMA system. Simulation results show that the proposed control method has better dynamic performance and robustness.
