Torque Synchronous Control for Dual-PMSM Contra-Rotating Propulsion System Based on Parameter Compensation
Contra-rotating propulsion system (CRPS) composed of dual permanent-magnet synchronous machine (PMSM) has great application value in harsh conditions. However, due to the factors such as parameter errors, the torque of the two machines is inconsistent. The main research content of this paper is aimed at the problem of inconsistent torque in dual-PMSM CRPS. The influence of parameter errors on electromagnetic torque of PMSM is analyzed. The multi-parameter identification based on EKF is researched and used in controller to compensate for the errors of corresponding parameters. The improvement in synchronization between the two PMSMs in CRPS is proved by comparing the electromagnetic torques and speed of the two machines in CRPS before and after parameter compensation.
