Load Aggregator Pricing Strategy Considering Demand Response Capability in Provincial Power Grids
New market participants, such as load aggregators, can integrate and optimize the distributed load and raise the efficiency of power systems as a result of the development of new power systems. The pricing strategy of load aggregator will directly affect the user's behavior and power consumption. Through reasonable pricing strategies, load aggregators can guide users to reduce electricity consumption or transfer electricity consumption time during peak periods, thus balancing supply and demand and reducing pressure on the power system. Therefore, based on the demand response potential of various interruptible load resources, this paper constructs a pricing strategy optimization model aiming at maximizing the benefit of load aggregators, and uses the peak-valley differential rate to evaluate the strategy. Meanwhile, the influence of elastic coefficient on the optimization results is studied. The findings demonstrate that this tactic can serve as a means of “cutting peak and filling valley” in addition to lowering user costs and boosting load aggregator profits.
